Leonard Bright received his Ph.D. from Portland State University in 2003. He is deeply interested in management and leadership issues in public and nonprofit organizations. Dr. Bright has widely published articles on these topics in journals such as Journal of Public Affairs Education, Public Personnel Management, and the Review of Public Personnel Administration. He also actively participates on local government boards and commissions. Currently, he serves as the President of Metro Louisville ASPA Association.
